A local schoolboy is being told shhhh by a local librarian. How dare staff silence this sufferer into silence.

Reasons included, "disturbing other patrons while working", "running when we should be walking" and "not using inside voices"...the very idea that this man could not express himself the way he wanted!

Local authorities have been contacted immediately to investigate. We'll keep you updated in real time.
